The IAL

Frank Batten, a fellow laryngectomee who shares a common interest in the preservation of the IAL and its overall mission. For years after each meeting, several IAL Board of Directors would travel to Frank’s to let him know how the meeting went.

He has established a fund so that his fellow laryngectomees would be able to attend the IAL Voice Institute.

Any laryngectomees wanting to apply for the IAL Annual Frank Batten Scholarship can do so either:
